GABA is an amino acid that acts as abundant inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain (1). It helps induce relaxation and sleep for better recovery after work outs.

Dosage – Adults: As a dietary supplement, take 3 to 5 grams (approx. a teaspoon) mixed with 8 ounces of water or juice approximately 30 minutes before sleep.
